Scholarships

Scholarship applications are available during the Fall and Spring semesters to be used for the following semester.  Students are selected on a competitive basis according to each scholarship's specific requirements.  

Unless otherwise communicated, applications are generally* accepted as follows:

• Fall Semester Foundation Scholarships: Application period March 15- April 15
• Spring Semester Foundation Scholarships: Application period September 15 - October 15

* If the 15^th falls on a weekend, we will adjust to the next business day.

SCHOLARSHIPS

• The Foundation provides more than 80 different scholarship opportunities.
• Additional scholarships are available through the Kishwaukee College financial aid office.

The Fall 2023 application period will be open from Wednesday, March 15, 2023 and close on Monday, April 17, 2023. Questions  about current and future scholarship opportunities may be directed to the Foundation at 815-825-9803 or foundation@kish.edu.

Champions Fund

Financial assistance is available for all students who are currently enrolled and actively pursuing credit program or GED/Adult Education classes. Financial assistance is available for a variety of unexpected life challenges including transportation, childcare, medical/vision costs, housing and other emergencies that interfere with a student’s ability to attend school.
